Does anyone have a manual which explains step by step how to upload an image to the Daz Galleries?

I have tried to upload an image to my gallerie, clicked on "post image" then it says Page Title? I don;t want to create a page. I want to add my image to the galleries.

Anyways I've followed all the steps, filled out the info, loaded the image, saved it and now it's gone for the 2nd time.

Why does one need to have followed a complete study for such simple tasks and still it fails? Please Daz can you simplify these features.

It's uber pointless and frustrating. How difficult can you make it for your members :S

If anyone could tell me step by step what to do would be highly appreciated!!
