Resource files

There are some products that come with those files and they require manuel downloading. Where do I need to say these files for daz to read?

    Which products are you referring to, and what Resource files?

    Do you mean the Templates files? If so, these are just for creating your own textures, and they can be put anywhere you like, they wont show up in DAZ Studio or Poser anyway.

    At this point I'm not sure what the files are or what they do. Zed Hair for example has textures/8684/texture1/8684_4_tx_ZedHair_4.exe.

    Yes, those are templates if you want to create your own textures for the items, they aren't actually used in DS/Poser directly.
