Is this supported either natively or by a plugin of some kind?

This adds the M4 UVs to G2M http://www.daz3d.com/michael-4-for-genesis-2-male
This will auto-convert the Michael 4 materials (otherwise you have to apply the materials to Michael 4, or Genesis, and then save a Materials preset to apply each to G2M) http://www.daz3d.com/michael-4-skins-auto-converter-for-genesis-2-male-s
