Object Base Colour Change on Import

Apologies if this has already been asked, but I've done due google-ing and can't seem to find an answer...

When I import an object that was created in Blender (tried exporting from Blender as both .obj and .dae), the setting for diffuse/base color doesn't match.  I was curious if it just "read" the rgb values diefferently so I exported the object from Daz3D, but it does indeed write the .mtl file with different values under Kd.

Does anyone know if there's a setting or something that causes this to happen?
