Could be used only on genesis 8 female or also on "The Outlander HD for Genesis 8 Male", "Greylien HD for Genesis 8 Male" and other genesis 8 males aliens ?

    You'd need to make sure the load position and posing was ok and make required tweakes, but no reason it cannot be used by any chaarcter - just get G8M to eat his spinach and I am sure he could manage to hold it just fine cheeky
