Reduce lighting, script? product?

Is there a way to dial down all the emissive surfaces in an asset?

What I mean is.. I have a scene where the environment has a lot of photometric lights (well, they are photometric now, after using the RSSY 3d-iRay converter). Those lights seem a little bright to me. Yes, I could change the exposure but then I have this other asset in the scene whose lights are just fine (a spaceship with various emissive surfaces).

What I want I guess is a script that runs through all the emissive surfaces in an asset and dials down them down by a percentage. Purely a time saver.

Is there anything out there like that?
