Genesis one lower jaw bones do not move the mouth

Please, a little help here with Genesis one figures.

In 2011, Daz introduced to the world the Genesis one. This marvelous model let us reshape it into new and wonderful characters as never seen before, but for whatever reason, nowhere on the web has anyone brought up Genesis’ pink elephant.

I am referring to the Genesis lower jaw bones that don't move the mouth when using the parameter controls ... up-down, side-side, and twist.

So is there anyone out there in Daz Land with a solution to properly affix the lower jawbone to the mouth.

    it uses morphs

    (Blendshapes, vertex deformation)

the jaw bone is only there for positioning the lower teeth

genesis 2 and previous Poser type legacy figures were the same

facial rigging was introduced with genesis 3

I still use it a lot so don't know why you call it a pink elephant
