Morph Causes Thumb To Bend Wrong

Okay. I've been experimenting with creating morphs and figures in DAZ3D, but I've run into a massive stumbling block. When I add the character morph, G8F's thumbs stop bending in the right direction. Is there a way of setting up...well, morph-specific joint rigging to get around this?

Have you tried: https://www.daz3d.com/shape-rigger-plus ?
I did. It still isn't working the way I want it to.
I swear, I gradually increased the morph dial, and as I do so, I can see the joint rig rotating out of alignment. I just wish I knew how to stop it or something.
Did you check the option to rig rotation?
It's unchecked by default.
I...don't remember. I'll check that out ASAP.
And...just tried it. Applied the morph, and Shape Rigger Plug skewed the joint...again.
Sigh...is there some way of manually adjusting the rigging for the morph?
Manually adjusting the rigging with the joint editor tool (little bone icon) and in tool settings you can adjust the rotation of bones. I guess you could then ERC freeze the change to the morph??
I may be lacking important knowledge though.
