Install failed

Good day, I bought some products today but only one is getting installed, i launched the install manager and both have the same issue at the moment, so i cant install them for some reason, it just says install failed, then i tried erasing the downlads, redownloade them and same situations, any suggestions? thnx in advance

Check the install paths.

They are ok, i clicked the 5 products i bougth on the both install managers separatedly and they just install the easy render one, I had to install them via daz3d smart content tab in order to be able to get them inside the smart content itself, thnx for ur answer,  guess is solved but wasnt able to install them via the apps i wanted to keep track of them
