DAZ Studio crashes on login

Hi all,

 

I have had a persisting issue since Daz studio 4.12-64 bit and daz install manager 64-bit; both programs crashes when I try to log in, even when daz studio works offline. I have seen other posts discussing this issue, but none of the solutions seemed to work. So far I have tried:

1. Signing the EULA agreement again and re-importing meta-data.

2. Reinstalling PostgreSQL CMS;

3. installing the 32-bit version, reassigning the port, loging in to IM 32-bit to download all the assets, then installing the 64-bit version of daz studio again (back when daz IM was still a thing);

One thing I haven't tried is replacing  libeay32.dll and ssleay.dll as outlined by a user on here. I'm not sure how to do that so if anyone has had success please let me know.

I am using DAZ studio 4.15 on Win10 home.
