Missing preview icons

Currently around 10% of my saved scenes have this missing files icon, though they still work.

When I save a scene, it will save into the contents library  my library/scenes

It works fine, though over time... the little preview of the scene icon is changed into the missing file icon, the scene is still available & loads normally but the preview has gone?

This seems to happen randomly, as some very old saved scenes still have their preview whilst others they initially had a preview, it has now have gone?

It seems the PNG files associated with saved scenes are missing, I did not delete them?

Are the PNGs missing or is DS failing to read them?

The PNG's are missing... though they were there initially when the scene was saved, I did not delete them... it seems every so often PNG's start to disappear, though the majority PNG's are still there.

The saved scene is still there, but the icon is the missing file icon... when click on the missing file icon the scene loads normally.
