Do I need to own Genesis 8.1 to use Torment 8.1?

I'm confused :( Do I need to own Genesis 8.1 to use Torment 8.1? If I bought Torment 8.1 will he have all the new features of Genesis 8.1?

This might be a silly question actually - maybe I'm half asleep - I am still drinking my wake-up coffee...

    For the record, Genesis 8.1 base figures are included for free with DS, just like 8. So you already own it.

    Adding to what Leana said, 8.1 comes with Daz Studio 4.15, so you need to upgrade to that version if you haven't already.

    Thanks Leana & Paintox <3 I have DS Pro 15 but I don't see Genesis 8.1 in the list of figures - should I reinstall it or something? smiley

    Also reinstall the DS default resources, so you have the new PBR shader that 8.1 uses.
