I hope this is the correct forum for this subject.
I have started playing with the Dform tool and noticed that you either have a sphere or an oval but no other option for this tool. Other than using multiple Dforms objects?

There is a Weight-Mapped option. After you create your D-Former, select the Field, then go to the Parameters tab, and change the Influence Mode to Weight Map. Now you will enter the wonderful world of Weight Mapping. Select the Node Weight Brush tool, and go to the the Tool Settings pane. Locate the Weight Maps tab and you will see Unused Maps: Influence Weights. Click the Add Map button on the right, and you will have a brand new Weight Map to play with. Tip: if the original D-Former was active before, the Weight Map will start with that influence pre-loaded. Now you get to modify your Weight Map. That is a whole other subject, though.
