Render looks different

What is causing this?

I am using Willow Creek, and, before I render and after I render are two completely different images.

Texture shaded is not going to give an accurate preview, especially for Iray. Edit: ah, more trees - I can't recall if Willow Creek sues instancing, but if so those may well have the option to show in the Viewport turned off for performance.
