Red Cones Showing up in Working View and Render

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'm really new to Daz and digital art in general.
I have a G2 Male figure that I put Terri hair on (which is for G2 Female). In the working view I get 3 semi-transparent, red, hexagonal cones. They seem to be tied to the "head" of the hair (the front 2) and the "neck" of the hair (the bases of the front 2 and the back one). If I turn off visibility of these two sections, the cones disappear (along with the rest of the hair.)
I've attached an example of what I'm talking about.
What the heck are these and how do I get rid of them?
Thanks!

Those are "handles" for moving the different parts of the object, in this case hair.
In the Surfaces Tab, look at the hair parts, and there should be an item titled Handles. You can hide them by changing the opacity on the handles to zero.
That's how I usually do it, but you can also turn them off in the Scene Tab, by clicking on the eye icon next to each of the handles. I find the method above easier because you only have to change it once.
I couldn't find them in the Scene tab, but I found them in Surfaces. Changing the opacity worked.
Thanks a lot! I appreciate the help!
You're quite welcome. Glad to be of help.
BTW, in the Scene tab, I don't have that particular hair product so don't know for sure, but on say a long dress product like the Morphing Fantasy Dress, you need to click on the "+" icon next to the item in order to see the lower hierarchy. In the case of the MFD, the next level down is the Hip, and when you click on the "+" icon on that level, you can then see all the handle "bones".
I still think setting the handles surface to zero faster and a lot easier.
