Measure Metrics magic?

Hi,
I just learned how to use Measure Metrics and love it. However, one thing escapes me: The example "Height" metric follows the "Head Top Follower" along the floor!
This is great, as it allows for the measuring of vertical heights. However, I can't figure out how this is implemented.
I know how to measure between Rigid Follow Nodes. But when one end of the metric moves, the other end does not move along.
If anyone can explain this, I would very much appreciate it!

Thank you, Richard!
I followed the directions on that page. My issue is that my metric does not move when its target moves.
I am attaching a screenshot to show what I mean: the yellow line is the height metric example that came with the plugin. I made the red one. Initially they align with each other. However, after bending the neck, the yellow metric slided backward, so that the yellow line remained verticle. The red metric (mine) did not move and the red line became skewed.
I can't figure out how to make the metric slide along the floor with the target.
I found the answer — it is through a property subcomponent.
Again, Richard provided the answer here: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/28020/changing-sub-components-and-controllers
Thanks, Richard!
