How do you use mat sss and what does it stand for?
It is material preset, thus the 'mat', that applies a texture set with a Sub Surface Scattering shader to the object.
Poser and DAZ Studio do Sub Surface Scattering completely differently. Poser SSS mats will load in DAZ Studio, but they usually do not render well.
If you are using mat SSS for a character in DAZ Studio, make sure those mats are intended for DAZ Studio.
thank you for your posts. So I don't have to do anything but apply the mat, in Daz Studio?
