UltraSceneCreator not there according DAZStudio

I have used UltraSceneCreator and its addons before without problem with DAZStudio 4.15.02

Today when i try to using it  DAZStudio give me a message :UltraSceneCreator.dse file does not existe (screen capture 1)

But the file UltraSceneCreator.dse is still at the right place where it was before when UltraSceneCreatore was working ok  (screen capture 2)

I have downloaded again  the product . reinstalled it .It is at the same place  BUT same error message  ::UltraSceneCreator.dse file does not existe

So waht can i do now ?
