I'd like to paint a black tattoo over a genesis 2 figure. Yes, there are some product that more or less do what I want.
But Is it possible to do it with DAZ alone, and how?
DAZ Studio isn't a painting application. If the area you want to place the tattoo on is fairly flat, and not cut by a seam on the UVs (where one polygon is in one place on the map and an adjoining polygon is in another) then you can take the tattoo image and a mask (white where the tattoo is, black elsewhere) and use those in the Layered Image editor in DAZ Studio (or in an external painting application if you work on a copy of the skin texture) to set things up, but if not things become more complex. Where are you wanting to apply the tattoo?
Then you need a template showing where the eyeliner needs to go - it's not like a simple decal tattoo which can be slid around fairly freely - but you won't have seam problems at least. Edit: and Chohole found the link for the templates http://www.snowsultan.com/3.html

I'd like to put some eyeliner-like work on the face
