Smart Content Cannot Read External Hard Drive

Alright. Ever since I worked to resolve an issue with Smart Content not seeming capable of reading certain files, I've had another problem, and this one worse. Over the course of attempting to fix the issue, I took some advice and eventually reset the database. But as a consequence, Smart Content doesn't read most of the files in my external hard drive, and only identifies files that are downloaded into cloud memory using DAZ Connect. Any suggestions?

How are your content directories setup in DS preferences?

Can you give the full path to an item that isn't showing (and isn't also installed with Connect)?
It's not just an item. It's the bulk of my library on my external hard drive.
