Serious problem with Platinum membership payment-missing

I just got a notice that my membership expired which is strange as I had renewed for 3 months on Sept.18/2014 of which now I can find no record. Was this from inside Daz or is this an outside invasion as it states it was manually cancelled. Most certainly not by me so I need to know what happened to the 24 dollar payment which was excepted. Also I was considering purchasing the Platinum Plus only to find it already switched. Completely in the dark as to what's going on please could someone explain? Thank you for your time.

You need to contact Customer support about this. No one on the forums can help you
Fill a ticket out here https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/requests/new and use Sales dept as the relevant department
BTW if your membership renewed in September, that renewal would have automatically put you into PC+
