Error trying to save a scene

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I am getting a Error message when attempting to save a scene.

Error Saving File,  "C/Users/Ted/Documents.....................", The render could not be saved, Try again or choose a new file name

I have tried renaming, save as, everything. I have tried loading other scenes, creating new etc.....nothing. I am using the latest ver 4.15

 

Please advise

    No, I have enough space. I just discovered that it DOES save the scene but without a preview....no thumbnail. Just shows an error. And in renders will not save!!

    Any suggestions?

    Where are you saving to (the path)?

    It is within the realm of possibilities that W10 is not allowing you to save graphics files to that location, no matter if it has allowed you to do so previously, since W10 is inherently feminine and is allowed to change it's mind without prior notice or any warnings wink

    Issue solved!  I reset Windows 10, re-installed Studio.....all works as it should. Thanks
