New version of Studio throws me out

New version of Studio throws me out. It loads fine and say I add Genesis 8. I then go to appl a character and I'm thrown out os studio. I reopen try again and say try to add clothing, I'm thrown out. I have had a ticket open since NOV 22 2020. And have gotten EXACTLY ZERO help. Various tech ask for the logs I have sent the logs 10 times so far. I can not use the program AT ALL. As you can see I have no patience left. I have uninstalled and reinstalled studio 4 times and it still doesn't work. Also It started on my old computer. I have a new HP intel computer with no other pragrams on it yet and have the same problem (the ols puter was an amd) Help.

Does your new computer have an Nvidia GPU?
Are you trying to use the Iray viewport or the OpenGL viewport?
How much physical RAM does the new computer have?
