How to parent clothing to Daz figure

Having trouble with Laura 3 figure cant get the clothing to parent to the figure when I make a new pose.
The clothes stay in the T- formation and the figure takes on the new pose.

1. How do i set parent for the right boot to the right leg and set parent for the left leg and left boot.

2. This includes wrist band for the left and right arms, boots, belt etc!

3. How do i set parent for the whole dress, If i choose dress set parent Abdomen then the sleeves from the dress stay in the T - formation.

4. Having same problem with Michael 4, Epsilon body Armor & Victoria 4, Lux Lucis Armor set

5. I Don't have this problem with Victoria 5,6 or Michael 5

Any help would be gr8!

    Do d when you double click the clothing item to add it to the scene? if so, then it should automatically parent to the model. If not, you can still select the clothing item, then under Edit -> character -> fit to

    It should then ask what model you want to fit the clothing item to and what type of item it is, etc.
