I need help changing my email address

I need to update my current email address as I no longer using the one I have linked to Daz, Till date I am still waiting for my confirmation, and my account info isn't updating the new address as well. 

The orange wordings waiting for comfirmation.... is there and nothing happens.

Can someone please help me out here, I have already submitted a ticket, no reply or update since then.

Really the Help desk is your best bet ,sometimes it is a little slow but it is still where to get help for this kind of issue but another thought is to ask Richard Haseltine
