My doubts about posting pictures to the forums

Hi everybody, I have some doubts about posting pictures to the forums, as I have not seen any rule related to image sizes and that stuff in the terms of service, I know that the pictures must be uploaded to a third part host, but don't know if they must be physically downscaled or exist a script in the forums that does it for us, on the other hand I know that exist the possibility of posting them with bb code but don't know where is the list of valid bb codes and bb code modifiers for the forums, honestly I prefer the use of plain html to post, something like this:

pictures title
but don't know if I can use this kind of code as the use of html is limited at the forums for reasonable security motives.

Anyways I'll be very grateful for any head up or advice about it and my apologies for the language as English is not my native lang.

Thanks in advance.

J.R.

Images can be attached to the post, no need to use a 3rd party host. Max size is 2000 x2000 and a very generous kb size.

    Max Size: 9999KB

Formats acceptable are JPG, PNG and GIF

Use the Browse button, under the typing panel when you make a post, and browse to the location where you have the image stored on your hard drive.

You can attach a maximum of 5 files, by selecting "Preiview Post" after each attachment.

The KB size is for all 5, not each image.

Hi Chohole, thank you so much for the quick reply, that's great and the filesize is truly generous, even being for the 5 allowed attachments together, anyways I still need to get used to the limited post editor to see what I can do with and what not.
