My first environment purchase shows errors when i try to load

I just purchased my first environment file from Daz store. Polishs' Luxury Private Jet This one https://www.daz3d.com/luxury-private-jet

When I try to load it I get error while reading, All item under each sub menu has this erro, environments, materials,, props etc. 
No other files on my system are behaving this way including purchases made alongside this on the order (Dachshund for Daz dog and dog poses with props, human poses with props)

Running Daz Studio 4.15 on macOS Catalina 10.15.7 

Support ticked for tech support says 4-6 weeks for an auto responses. It just i have a few more environments i'm interested in buying soonish and would like to know how to fix this first. And I figured I was probaly just making a dumb newbie mistake anyway.

Please help so my dachshund cant can make her next journey in style.

Error message in the log suggests it didn't decode properly when installed. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
