Is there any procedure to save a scene file with ONE CAMERA with 2 or more camera view presets, if not, a scene with 2 or more cameras and saving the scene with camera or view presets, so that when I re-open the scene file later the saved presets will load automatically.

Whatever elements you put into a scene an save with it will load when you reopen the scene later, this includes lights and cameras in the positions and settings you had them in when you last saved the scene. Thus, if you load and position three cameras into a scene, and save the scene, the next time you load that scene, the three cameras will be there in the positions you put them in with their settings intact. Also, the scene will load in whatever "Camera view" you save the scene in too. Thus, if you save the scene while viewing it through your Camara 1 View, that's how it will open, with everything looking exactly as you placed it, in the exact camera angle, focus, depth of field, etc of Camera 1. If you switch cameras (to, say, Camera 2), and save again, and reopen the file later, you'll get that camera's view, but still have all of you cameras in place (presuming that you didn't delete any cameras). If you save the file in "Perspective view", when you reopen the scene, the "camera angle" will revert to the default opening Perspective view until you choose one of your actual loaded cameras to view from.
