Problems with Tropical Elements

I am using DAZ Studio 3.6 on a Windows 7 platform. I download and install items using the Install Manager. I currently have more than 1100 items. I purchased Tropical Elements because I needed the palm tree for a scene I am doing. I already had Tropical Quest. However,when I attempted to use the palm tree prop, it could not find the texture file. After reading the specs for Tropical Elements again, it occurred to me that I might need to purchase and install Tropical Cave, which I did. But I still do not have the textures for the palm trees, or any other prop in the grouping.

Do you have the original "Tropical Quest" or "Tropical Quest - Jungle"? Elements requires the latter.
