  • Oh boy, those are always fun to track down. Your log file is under Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File.

Been a while since I got one of those, so I don't remember exactly what the comment looks like in the file, but if you load the offending character/figure in it should be near the end.

It might be easier to just uninstall the last few things you put in till you can load something without the error and then work from there if you can't find it in the log.

Are you sure it's "Duplicate ID", as that is something you normally only get loading Genesis 1 content made in DS4.0 in to DS4.5+, Richard has a script for "fixing" that around here somewhere.

If it's "Duplicate Formula" then that's a totally different issue.

  • My script is here https://www.dropbox.com/s/78mi1zh8p7udsgx/Fix Duplicate IDs.zip?dl=0 , but be aware that there are a few items it fails to work with.

I'm attaching a screen print of the error box

Fight Uniforms for Genesis 2 Male(s)https://www.daz3d.com/fight-uniforms-for-genesis-2-male-s ]. Here is the really strange part. When I unistall it via DIM, the product is still there when I run the program.

  • Bejaymac I still get those errors and not only with Genesis1 items, which I rarely use anymore, last time it was a Genesis3 item that gave me the error. I don't bother with the script since it takes less then half a second to click ok so the item can load. Apparently people can't wait even less then half a second to load something.

Drogo Nazhur, after you uninstalled it using DIM the item would probably be removed once Daz is closed and later opened again. If it's still there, I would suggest sending in a ticket about it.
