Can't load any Genesis 8 model

This probably has been talked about already. If it has could someone lead me to the right thread please. I been trying to load any of my genesis 8 models and everytime i do, it takes extremely long and the program crashes. I can use any other model type like Victoria 7 and before but can't with G8 for some reason.

Does it give an error message, or does it just crash to desktop?
