3rd party anatomical elements not loading in

Okay so I've actually had these genitalia files before for Genesis 8 and Genesis 3 famales figures, and it loaded in just fine. But now for some reason it won't appear properly into the scene. I've even tried redownloading the file for the website I purchased it from and it still give me trouble. The following error message keeps on appearing too:

data/meipex/goldenpalace/goldenpalace_genitalia_v2/goldenpalace_2254.dsf

data/meipex/goldenpalace/goldenpalace_genitalia_v2/uv sets/meipex/base/default.dsf

What exactly does this mean and how do I fix this issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

Check that there isn't an extra folder between your content directory and the /data/ folder - e.g. /My Library/Content/data/meipex/goldenpalace/goldenpalace_genitalia_v2/goldenpalace_2254.dsf if your content directory is the My Library folder.
