Unknown File Format? Poser items

Just started happening..
Cannot load any poser related items in Daz3d, see attached image for error

"No importer for the file format can be found"

I havent changed anything, and have been using my old poser props, etc for years.. i'm not sure what's happened.

    Is the Content Management System (Categories and Products lists) working?

    No, poser items in the CMS are giving the same error

    I meant is it working in geenral, not does it get around the issue.

    No, I dont see any products in the "Categories" area at all

    Just tried uninstalling and reinstalling daz, no change

    The Poser extensions are missing from "Import" as well..

    Well, if the CMS isn't working that may well be a serious issue but a more pressing concern is the Poser (PZ3) importer, If you go to Help>About Installed Plug-ins is the Poser Importers entry checked and green?
