Giving an old Robot a new lease on life with DAZ

Hey all, I'm fairly new to using DAZ Studio, after having used Poser since '07.  I finally made the switch when I took a good look at what DAZ can do these days, and I gotta say, I'm never going back to Poser.  Lately, I've been looking at old models I could salvage and "re-vamp" for use in DAZ, and I came across a favorite of mine that turned out pretty well, I think.  It's the most excellent (and best detailed, in my opinion) model of the B9 Robot from Lost in Space.  This was originally made by Xcalpro, and sadly is no longer available.  Being a big fan of the Robot, I wanted to use him in some new renders, so after moving him over to DAZ, I set about replacing materials and re-doing as much of the lighting as I could.  I'm most happy with the small blinking lights in his chest.  To get the look of the actual piece, I created some small orbs with emissive materials and put them behind the transparent plastic bulbs.  This gave a good approximation of the bulbs on the real Robot.

There are a few more things I'd like to tinker with, but he's looking pretty good now.
