What happen to Animate2 or Animate Lite

Can anyone help!
I'm looking for Animate / Animate2 or Animate Lite within my panes and I just can't find it. ..... what am doing wrong.

How do I do that, do I download as i haven't purchase it, I thought it was included in DS.
Just found AniMate Lite in Beta version, I'll use that instead.
