How can i get my rigs out of daz?

As the topic says, after learning how to rig and animate my models in daz with the hopes of using it for game development i discovered that it seems daz's .dae export seems flakey. searching around it seems i am not the only one with this problem. is anybody aware of a way to export models from daz with the rigging and animation?
(do note i do not intend to export anybodys elses models. the models i wish to export are my own creations.)

You need to rig them in the game. Studio has two types of rigging, Poser legacy and TriAx weight mapping, neither will convert to other programs very well.
FWIW, D|S isn't unique in this; model rigging is one of the top items that almost never translate well, if at all, from one 3D system to another. Translation options do exist for some combinations of original and final programs, but they all have limitations and gotchas; there are just too many different ways to do rigging.
FBX is the best format for rigged and animated export
...or at least it would be if the FBX exporter would play nicely.
Also, not to be a downer, but be sure you've understood the EULA before going nuts with game development. You're only licensed to use them commercially in works where the mesh itself is not distributed (still images, animations and so forth), and you'll need to own the extended license for any products you wish to distribute in a game. This differs between PA's, and the licenses cost around $500 for the basic 'Indie development' versions.
wait, is that for products from the shop? or if i make a mesh in another program and rig it in daz i can not use it?
yes you can
