should I allow this?

Hello,
After updating Daz Studio, and downloading/ installing many new items, I suddenly received a box that says to either allow or deny 'Postgres" to accept incoming network connections.
It is actually a message from my mac system.
And this message can not be closed without answering it's question.
I assume this is for downloading and installing items.
Am I 'safe' to allow this connection?
Is this a two way path for information?
I am on a Mac using the latest update of Lion.
Thanks!

It's the replacement database for CMS, it doesn't actually accept or receive information outsider of your computer, it only communicates with DAZ Studio over a port that's local to your computer.
"Thanks Fixmypcmike!"
I am new to this added program and wanted to be sure.
It is the firewall refusing access to the port DAZ uses to communicate with the CMS database. I had that trouble with COMODO on windows and couldn't see the Smart Content. Once I allowed access to the port everything worked fine. I now have COMODO set to inform me of any blocked content, called learning mode, so that I can allow or refuse access as required. I also check COMODO now and again to check what it is refusing access to just in case it is refusing access to something I need :-)
