Mimic Live not working

I'm not sure what the issue is in Daz, but here it goes:

I bought Mimic Live on the 17th.  It worked the first time I used it (input serial numbers in the help-->plugins tab) however, it hasn't worked since.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Daz and the plugin, still no dice.

I've tried installing the plugin through both DIM and Daz Central.  What can I do to fix this?

    It looks as if it should be working, as long as the versions match - if you select it in the Help>About Installed plugins dialogue what does it say at the bottom of the dialogue?

    According to the product page, it will not work with G8 figures.

    No serial key box indicates that it already has it.

    eta: How's it going?

    I set up G3M and ran the plugin. W10. It's working fine here.

    I am using the the Daz Studio the lastest version and want to use mimin with it. Are you still supporting mimic or lip sync or something?
