  • How are you installing? Whata re your system details and security software? If you are installing content, and have Daz Studio open, where are you looking for the content?

  • A little more specific information would be great, if you mean that you don't see anything in DIM after shopping you may have to wait a little while, it happend to me yesterday, it took 10 minutes before it was found by DIM.

    Plugins may need to be activated, you have an activation code in that case on your DAZ account (what plugin are you talking about ?).

  • You can download and install the purchases manually from your Product Library. After installing them while D/S is closed, you can find them in the Content Library Panel when you launch D/S. For products already installed, you can still find them in the Content Library Panel. {big list of panels aka panes under Window in the top bar of D/S}

    Serial keys for any plugins will be on your Serial Keys page in your account. They are entered in the Help, about plugins area in D/S. Then restart the program.

    The software works fantastic for me.  As some other people have noted, a bit more information on how you are installing things, your operating system,  and maybe how you are trying to load content would go a long way toward helping us to help you.

    If you're coming from 'traditional' software like Tinkercad then your idea of 'content' will need a major paradigm shift.

    ...because DAZ content is designed to be highly interconnected but is often made by different creators and often made years apart...

    the various locations of your content becomes critical. I would not install anything until you've gone through all the settings for content locations. That applies to the settings in both Studio and in the Install manager you are using.

    (p.s. a vertical mouse saved my wristyes)

    To check on "Installed Plugins", In Daz Studio go to Help > Installed Plugins

    The little plug icon needs to be green

    If it has a S/N field, you'll find your number in your Daz 3D dot com Account in the Serial Numbers page (padlock icon top row of options)
