Can't Add to Cart?

Hello there! Recently, I just got the free version of Daz 3D that came with all the basics. Been playing around, having fun making scenes. I noticed I couldn't morph the Genesis 2 model like I could the base one (change it's muscle build/weight etc). I found the Genesis 2 Male Body Morph in store and thought I'd pick that up so I could use the Genesis 2 model more. Anyways, I try adding it to my cart, but it keeps saying "The maximum quantity allowed for purchase is 1." My cart is empty though and I tried checking the Install Manager, seeing if maybe it came with the free package and I just missed installing it or something, but I couldn't find it. Any reason why I can't purchase the Genesis 2 Male Body Morphs?

This is a glitch in the store that happens to everyone from time to time.

I usually do one of these things when it happens:
    - log out, clean your browser cache, log in and try again after a few minutes
    - or put another item in your chart, then go to your shopping chart and delete the second (unwanted) item.

Yea, it seems to have fixed itself. Now I know haha. Thought I had messed up with my first purchase. ^^"

The poor store software sometimes gets confuzzled if you try adding items to your cart without being fully logged in to the store.

The recommended way to deal with it is to first make sure that you are fully logged in before adding a 2nd item to your cart, and then deleting it if it is not required.

Note that there are G2F and G2M bundles of the Head and Body morphs that save a bit of $$$ over buying the two separately. There isn't a combined bundle for all the G2F and G2M morphs together, though, which strikes me as a missed opportunity.

This glitch really drives me crazy. So I think we should not call it glitch. It's a terrible low-tech problem that has never been solved by hi-tech company. Shameful!
