Content Library Problem (Again)

Hello,

much of my content library is without pictues and unuseable. When I right click and item and then click "database", and "preferred file" I see 2 ticked options with incomplete files locations, and 1 unticked with a full file location. I tick the previously unticked and the pictute (and useability) returns.

I would have to do this hundreds, maybe thousands of times to sort the problem.

Is there a better way?

Why does this happen? I seem to spend more tome fighting this program than using it.

    You say Content Library, but do you mean Smart Content, they are two completely different things?

    The Content Library pane displays your content as it appears on disk, Smart Content uses a database which is populated using Metadata, which can become corrupted.

    Content Library not Smart Content.

    It seems the is some sort of incorrect mapping of the content, and fixing each individually will take a lot of time :-(

    Is this under Content Library > Categories/Products?
