since today my product library at my DAZ Account doesn't work. I Need this library sor searching Special items I bought before. Did somebody have the same Problem?

And without this function I can't search between my purchases and I can't download manually my purchased products.
In you title bar, it is looking for a particular product?
The path as shown, should finish with customer/files and not with the /prod/19845/ on the end. Delete the prod information, and take it back to finish with /files/ and it may work as expected
I don't know what is going on there, but it may be something to do with your browser cache constantly displaying the wrong page from your HDD, instead of redownloading it.
You could try a hard refresh (F5 on IE) and if that doesn't work, you may need to clear your cache. See if any of that works?
It may not be a DAZ problem. If you are the only one it is happening to?
Have you tired clearing your browser cache, logging out, and logging in again?
It is only 6:30 in the morning in Utah at the moment, but support may have a backlog to deal with, it may take a couple of days if it is an error on their end. Try clearing the browser cache, or even try a different browser for now?

I tried all possibilities. I cleared the Cache, I logged off and on again. But if I log on again, it Shows me the last site, I was on, before I logged off? It jumps automatically to the last site I was logged on??? But I had cleared the browser Cache before log on again to DAZ. It seams the path still stays in the browser Cache (also after deleting the browser cache) - I never had before - , but this is only with the DAZ Site??? Not on sites of other stores or private sites.
I recall after one of the flash/script updates for the FF browser, I had to re-enable the flash/script on this site to enable my product library to function.

I just tried mine, and it's working normally.
When you go to the 'My Account' area, are you logged in correctly, does it say 'Log Out' at the top right of the interface?
Is there nothing at all showing in your Product Library?

I don't know what is happening, I'm sorry. Did you clear cookies as well, and browsing history?
Did you try another browser? What one are you using at present?
