Creating a "suit" from an older character

Can anyone explain the concept behind how this was done? I tried downloading it to pick it apart and see if I could figure it out, but the MelodySuitforG8F asset is not loading for me. I have all the assets he mentions being required, except for "RAW Catwoman" but that seems to be an optional item. But I cant get the MelodySuitforG8F object to load, it seems to be a custom suit he created somehow. I want to do the same, and create a suit of Micah for H3 for Genesis 8 Male in the same way this was created with Melody for A3 as a suit for Genesis 8 Female. What is the process for creating a suit from an older generation character like that?

Well, that's a .duf file. I would suggest taking it out of the Runtime folder and putting it somewhere else under My Library, possibly, My Library > Characters ... open D/S and see if it works now.
