Grouping?
So I've asked before how to save an adjusted base using a morph and have been told to save it as a scene/scene preset. Now I would like to know how I can group all created aspects of my character like base and hair to move in tangent with each other when I want to change the pose rather than having to adjust them individually after the pose is finished.

Figures (most clothes, some hair) should be Fitted to the figure (right-click on the item, or use the Parameters pane). Props (some hair, most hats and other small items) get parented to the part they need to move with (hats to the head, for example) which is available via the right-click menu on the item or by dragging and dropping the entries in the Scene pane.
To further that, you want to make sure you parent the object (hat, hair, gun, sword, what-have-you) to the proper part of the model's body. Hats, hair and the like, you want to be sure to parent to the model's head. Guns, swords, phones, etc. you want to parent to the hand you want holding the item.
What would I parent a 'gunbelt' accessory to? I can attach it to either leg. But not both.
Normally with something like that I try to find a model it will fit to rather than trying to parent it to something it won't work for. You could try expanding the node tree for the gun belt and seeing if you can parent pieces further down the line to each leg, But I've not had much luck doing things that way.
You can always "fit" an item of clothing to any model (Edit -> Figure -> Fit to... ) and sometimes it works well enough (sometimes needing to scale some parts bigger or smaller to make it look ok) and sometimes it just looks a mess. If it's the latter then it's a lot easier to rebuild your character with a compatible person to the piece you are having trouble with, or finding a similar item to replace the troublesome piece.
I'd guess you could rebuild the bone structure of the piece in another modeling program and import it back into Daz, but that's all above me.
Maybe the hip?
