ThreeDigital Animations bounce above and below the DS floor line

How does one compensate (is it even possible) for the fact that ThreeDigital's Animations bounce above and below the floor line with characters that have morphs? Even the simple Santa laughing animation - the character does not stick to the floor. The dancing and gymnastic animations only start and end at floor level, the rest of the animation is all over the place. (Base G8 works as expected. )
