How to use Dotify?

I just purchased Dotify [ https://www.daz3d.com/dotify- ] and I can't figure out how to use it. The folder has one script which doesn't appear to do anything. One attachment which white-washes the image and six materials which also seem to do nothing. I can find a readme or any instructions on how to use this product.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    The product page says it uses Iray decals. Are you familiar with them? They won't show up in Texture Shaded preview.

    They don't show up in the final render either. What are they and how do I use them? If you have a link that you could provide, I'd appreciate it.
