Need assistance with content

I am having a hard time applying the Juni Hair. I have the V4 base and morphs. I couldn't find the Juni under the hair tab/button, but did find it in the content library. My problem is that I can't access it. It allows me to click it and gives me the popup window as if it's loading. Afterword, it doesn't do anything. No hair is added to the scene. And even other bases hairs do not get adjusted to it when clicked. What do I need to do?

    You may be trying to load a material for Juni hair rather than the hair item itself.

    You need to go to the Content Library pane, Poser Formats > My DAZ 3D Library > Hair, and you should find it there. This hair comes in Poser HR2 format, but there may be materials in DAZ Studio format to apply different colours.

    I don't have this hair, but if you use the product sku: 5106 and look on the Product Index for the readme, it should have a file listing and where the files should be found if you are using it in DAZ Studio.

    Thanks. I didn't find it under hair, but it was under the j folder in the library.
