Automatically Posing Feet For High Heels

Okay. I've created some outfits for the Genesis series of models on and off. And one thing I've had a great deal of trouble with is footwear with high heels. Now I've learned some shortcuts to making them work, but I feel like those are outdated. So now I'd like to learn how I can get the feet of a given character to automatically pose to fit a set of heels. I know it's possible, but I haven't been able to find a tutorial on how to make it happen. Any suggestions?
