Problem with a Package

I have a problem
I bought a package yesterday here in the shop.
Now there is the base default missing.
Where can I get it form? I tried to uninstall and install again but this missing file is not included in the package
data/nikisatez/g8fbsj/blazer skinny jeans - top/uv sets/nikisatez/base/default.dsf
What can I do?

does it say 'Purchased' in red or 'Add to Cart' in green?
If it's saying 'Add to Cart' then you don't own the required product.
You are right it shows me that I can add it to card, but I actually paid it ??? And I find it at my orders list and it's in my daz central????
i have the order number and the proof of payment z
what can I do?
