hi can someone please help with blender importing to daz need help bad

 ok heres what i want to do i made a donut with sprinkles in blender and now i want to import it into daz but when i do no textures.   how do i get the sprinkles and the donut and icing textures on it to come into daz studio. also how do i turn into a daz files   where its a folder that says content   and in the folder it says runtime, textures,and props  so i dont have to use the obj format anymore  please can someone help  ty so much

    Hi Lasagnaman - I'm doing the same thing, I managed to import the obj fine. You need to run the Iray uber shader on everything, then add the texture map you painted in Blender to the diffuse and then start tweaking all the surfaces settings. There isn't a 1 to 1 convertion, just tweaking and trial and error - as far as I can see. I managed to get the icing and sprinkles looking okay pretty easily, but I am still fighting getting the doughnut to look as good in Iray and it does in Cycles. Looks fried and juice there and (best I've managed so far) much drier and bready.in Iray :-( but I keep going back and working on it.

    I went on to make 3 other doughnuts (one with a bite out), Bagel with cream cheese, pancakes, and working on a farm house loaf ;-) So it is the Iray shaders that are the hold up getting my baking fest into Studio ;-)
